Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to exchange or return your product(s). Size exchange - please check each product's 'Size Guide' before purchasing -, product exchange, or a full/partial refund are available options. Products must not be used, unwashed, original tags and packaging still attached.
Once your returned products have been checked and inspected, you will receive a refund e-mail notification.
If you are returning or exchanging any product of purchase, please contact us via email - info@ragen.pro - and you will receive the instructions needed to return or exchange your product(s).
Any delivery charges for returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer. Please take in mind that a refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
International custom charges: All products are shipped from our Spain warehouse. Therefore, any orders being shipped internationally may incur customs charges - depending on the weight and value of the parcel and local guidelines. RAGEN is not responsible for these additional fees. The customer receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay.
In case of return or product exchange, RAGEN will not be responsible for the return or refund of customs fees.
In addition, we cannot confirm whether a customs fee or tariff will be charged at the time of placing an order, as this will depend on whether the parcel is selected for inspection by border control.
